I need help with my car. Honda civic 98 lx My rear automatic windows do not go down , switches, window motors are working . And I just looked u der my hood and there are a black wire and a green wire sticking out . Ussually a black wire is ground but it has power to it . I tried to ground it but whe. I want to start my car it doesn't start, I do not remember what kind of wires I moved around but my rear wi dows moved for a short period of time . If I could get a picture of the same wires so that I can wire the. Correctly I would be great full.

Check for broken wires in the plugs located in front driver and passenger side door jam.

Also describe the no-start problem in detail - For example, does the starter crank the engine? If so, is there spark and fuel?
