HELPPPP! Im new to the tuning world

I bought a 91 civic 4dr with a D16Z6 swap in it. I know that at the moment its being ran off the 91 distributor & im looking for imformation regarding......What to do to get the best performance out of my engine. The car came with an air intake on it,adjustable cam gear has already ben installed on it as well as a header. The owner b4 me also hooked up a shift light & switch box. I dont know if this makes a difference but to help u help me i can also tell you that my tranny is an L3. Any info i can get is and most deffinitly will be MUCH APPRECIATED! Thank you for any & all help/advise givn

the best way to get more power out of ur engine is to go the turbo charged route... either that or an engine swap

FI is really your best route for a D-series if you are looking for any real gains. Other than that an engine swap is what I would suggest. You could build it high-comp, but if your going to go that route why not just spend the money on low-comp instead and boost it.
