Here Are My Accident Pics...

Well, I've seen everyone else posting their pics from their accidents so here's a sum up of what happened and some pictures of after the crash...

It was a cold, rainy day...lol...no, it really was, and I was gettin' off an exit ramp (pretty sharp corner) in my 2nd car, a '98 Honda Civic LX 4DR with my friend, doin' about 30-40mph. The way the ramp works is there is an on ramp and off ramp not seperated by any barrier, SO, if you cross the yellow lines you hit oncoming traffic thats getting on the highway. So, you guessed it...about 1/4 the way of me getting off the ramp my car started to hydroplane (sp?) and I started to slide horizontally around the bend until I hit the grass island, ran over a reflector, turned 180* and slammed into a '00 Chevy Malibu with my rear end in the oncoming traffic. And that was it. And here are the results....a totalled Civic...R.I.P. I sold it for $1000 tho! lol...thanks for reading....

Well, seeing as it was my fault, my monthly payment went up a bit, but I got about what the car was worth then...

It actually didn't raise too much. I think I went from paying $200 a month to like $230...BUT, the real problem is, since this is the 2nd claim I have made to my insurance (1st for theft) they said they might kick me off their insurance policy if the next claim is for my fault...

Different areas=Different prices

But, I did fail to mention, this is for 2 cars...One with FULL coverage (my Civic) and one with the bare minimum (my Accord).

That blows man.
I know the fealing though... My car did basicly the same thing. Coming home from chilling with my friends on a cold rainy day. Me and my buddie are in a hurry so i push my car. I was going about 90 mph down the freeway. It was going good till this turn where the water collected and i started to hydroplanne(sp.). Anyway after the back end spun out and i went from the far left lane to the right sholder(doing like a 360) and SMACK into the cement devider. I was lucky i didn't hit another car. Just f**ked up my own. HERES THE KICKER. i only had liability(sp.?). So i put the car on ebay and got 960 bucks for it. Not bad for a 93 civic with 86000 mi and 1 f**ked up front end.
heres the link.

I forget exactly the amount, but it was something like $7-8,000.

Like I said, a it was a 2000 and I damaged his drivers side fender, hood and front bumper. That was all. Not bad at all, it was still drivable.
