will that fit my d16y7 motor?
sorry im learning still all these freaking number motors..
so much easier to say 302. 306. 351. etc..

yes, but u will need to buy an cat for the y8 (ex).. or an aftermarket cat with a bung for the sensor.

Yep, any d-series header will work.

As anfrey said, you'll need the EX catalytic converter too. And being that the EX catalytic converter will NOT bolt up to the rest of the D16Y7 exhaust system, you'll need somebody to either weld you a flange onto the D16Y7 exhaust that will bolt up to the Y8 cat,... or invest in a cat back exhaust for EX, right along with your header and catalytic converter.

k.. i have the highflow cat already..
and getting the piping from another friend that came off an EX so all should be good.

the dx exhaust manifold is welded to the cat. this is why u need to do that
