New here =). I am a member of the U.S. Army and have a 1998 civic EX coupe. i need to know if i can bend my doors back, the previous owner pried the top of the door open to shove a coat hanger in after locking his keys in the car...you can see the scratches in the paint...he did this to both doors...they leak water pretty bad. so far i have a 3a muffler, spectre short ram intake, and some euro taillights on the way as well. more to come, needs 2 door panels on the inside, new headliner has been installed along with a 5 panel wink mirror. thx

im not bashing, but that muffler is crap, the filter sucks, and euro tail lights are a terrible idea. they are cheap, they leak, and they look stupid.

but welcome, and yes, you can bend the top of the door back, just be carefull

Just moving up to K&N and getting a flowmaster cat-back in the next few weeks. As for the headliner, I went to Jo-Ann's and got enough fabric to do it with glue for about 70 bucks. took all the interior lights off too. haha. anyway, you said i could bend the top of the door back. how? lol. I've never done body work...also got a crapload of hail damage...eh...

My uncle does auto restoration and he said just put a block of wood in the door jamb and bend it back...i'll try that here in a bit.

Other than that, in a couple months i'm going to be doing a manual swap, as well as trading my y8 head out with a z6. Then it's interior work...boosting later on.
