HID out....help. please

hey guys
i guess driving out in this rain we recently had i burned out my passenger side HID....i guess....

anyway.....i realise the Ballast doesnt humm like the on the driverside......

im assuming i have a bad ballast.....can i get a replacement ballast or only as a pair?

im not very good with wires/electrical ect, but i can damnwell turn a wrench.

get a replacement ballast.

Ballasts are things that can go when they want. When I worked for the repair and maintance department of a major oil company..the cooler light ballasts would go out...they guy would go there with a new one and it wouldn't work. so..its just the pick of the bunch.
