If I'm understanding you correctly, you'll have to pull the headlight apart. It'd be a lot of work. It's easy but it would still be a lot of work.
Why don't you just buy OEM head lights? Or buy an HID kit? Even a plug and play kit should work fine in those headlights because they have projector housing.

how do you know if hids can be used in those projectors not all projectors can be used with hids. and why would you ruin your stock headlights with cheap ebay projectors which those are ?. what you want to do is buy a set of miromoto mini projectors from www.theretrofitsource.com thy bolt rite in no drilling and they are real projectors not that cheap s**t.
yes you CAN take those projectors out and put them in stock headlights and use them for a retro. But those arent very good quality projectors, so your going to do all that work just to be disappointed that the beam output isnt great. If you started off with better projectors like TSX or S2K's, youll thank yourself in the end. And if its your first time retrofitting, study up on HID Planet.com.

As stated above, those projectors probably aren't good quality. If you want to retrofit, you should do it right. Don't cheap out on parts. The only parts I would cheap out on are things that aren't that important, ie - front lip, shift knob, gauge cluster bezel, etc.
You can go to www.theretrofitsource.com and buy a complete kit from there. All you have to do is hack up your headlight
