high comp. z6 w/nos???

i have a high comp. z6 and i allways thaught that my 12:1 comp all motor car had to stay that way. but tech told me that i can put a 75-100 shot on my car. is this really ture? i would love to have that extra hp on demand. help me figure this out thanks.

Do you have forged internals? But, you can do it, you just need a really, really, good tune. And a good nos kit, preferably wet kit.

Damn Man Nos Is Like The Catch All For All Nitrous Systems, Thats Why I Used It. I Have Stock Pm7 (zc) Pistions And Rod Bolts.

More than likely you're gonna burn a hole throught the piston b/c they are just cast pistons. I'd swap the pistons and rods out to something like 10:1 and some froged rods and then spray. I'm sure melting down an engine is not fun.

sorry had to do it.... wouldn't recommend you running more then a 50 shot on a stock single cam... and maybe even something smaller.

unless your semi or fully built... then you could probably spray the piss out of it.

well i guess im decided on a 50 shot with a dyno tune. but damn what kit do i choose. i will be running this at the track.

you better have a wet kit and it must be a really really good tune.... it will probably be a mid 14 second car.

damn with my setup i was hoping for 13.5-13.9
you might dip into high 13's. just remember to get colder plugs, the zex plugs work great, and to not push the button until you get a tuner to chip/tune your ecu.
