Hit a bump and now my dash cluster lights, tail lights, and license plates dont work

so i was driving home at like 2 in the morning, and hit a small bump in the road and instantly my dash cluster lights went dark... Got home and noticed my tail lights didnt work and my license plates dont work either. My brake lights and headlights all work. I have an aftermarket radio and did read that the illumination wire may have accidentally touched the chassis. I did check my fuses and if this is what happened, how do i fix all the lights? thank you

It's a long shot but try pulling ur main power fuse under ur engine bay? Mine happened in reverse. Hit a bump an everything stayed on. Pulled the fuse for 5min put it bak no problems in months. U said all in car fuses are fine? Shouldn't be a ground wire, that's all ur lights.
