hoe do i change speaker on 2003?

I tried to get the rear spekears out and I couldn't figure it out. I got a hole ripped in my rear speaker, and I just bought some new ones. If anyone could help please reply. Thank YOu.

Lower your back seats. Remove the rear plastic pillar pieces. Pull the seat belts out of the slots in the rear pad. Then pull the rear pad out by pushing the white clips through with pliers from underneath.

I think civicforums has a diy on the rear speakers, but i'm not sure. Either way go look man it's not that hard to figure out.
