holes on the turbonetics evo.

I have 2 holes on my turbonetics evo wastegate, 1 on the cap and 1 right below the cap. is the one on the cap for air from the outside and the bottom one hook up to the turbo?

they are for the vaccume reference holes. on tial wg's, the one on the lower side (the right side of the pic) is for the mbc/normal vac, the top is for an ebc, if you have one. if you only have an mbc, put that on the lower one and leave the top open.
