I have a Honda civic 1996 dx.(slow a$% d16y7) My car wont turn over (no crank). my fuel pump is buzzing. when i turn the key and hold the clutch the oil and battery light flicker and when i turn on the headlights the lights go out. I've jumped the car... nothing. my engine is not neglected so its not mechanical,or fuel. i'm leaning towards electrical. I've checked all interior fuses,grounds and connections to the battery.when i connect my battery it stays at 12.6 to 12.7(amps i'm guessing) my question is what would be ideal to check for next?
