Honda civic ex starting issues w/ video

I know this comes across a lot, but with the searches I've been doing they don't seem to describe what my honda is going through. I uploaded a video on youtube(<<Click on the youtube link for those who don't know). Let me know if it works I marked as unlisted so people with the link can view

Basically this happens when I leave it sitting for a good couple hours mostly in the mornings when I go to work or when I get to work and if I happen to take my lunch it'll sit outside for 9 hours and do this too when I leave work. Battery is brand new and all. I went to the shop hoping my mechanic wasn't there, took the day off so I;m kind of hoping Clubcivic knows a thing or two. My only guess would be the starter, alternator, or ignition switch or probably even the distributor.

As you can see or hear in the video once it starts to start it hesitates a bit, so when I'm starting it, it feels like it's going to stall. It's a bit rough so that's why I give some gas once it starts.

I have a similar issue, mine is my fuel pump losing its prime when the tank is at 1/4 or below. Does yours do it at all fuel levels or when it's low like mine? If I turn the key to "on" and give it a few seconds (3-5) to build pressure up in the lines it starts like normal.

You have a CEL on what's up with that?

I had it checked but nothing came up that's causing this problem at least that's what the guy at autozone told me.

Plus the CEL is on permanently. It's going to sound crazy but I have a auto ecu running a manual transmission. And if anyone happens to ask no I have not had this problem when i did the swap. the swap was done more than a year ago and ran fine.
