honda civic lx 1999

hello there i got a problem with my civic lx 1999 my low beams and my brake lights stay on after the car is off even when i turn off the switch, i have to disconnect the fuse from under my hood everytime!! err lol any suggestion brothers??

Bad multifunction switch maybe ur best bet if u know how is to start tracing wires and see if some are touching together and completing the circuit on their own
