Horn stopped honking

So I have a 2000 Civic Si. I know before it went it out it started to sound different but I didn't think much of it. I hear a clicking sound when I try to honk so I know the relay is fine and my fuses are still good. I know my SRS light was on but that's because I have a quick release. The horn still worked with the light on though. I'm not sure if my horn is dead or not. I've heard of the paperclip test to check if it's working but I don't know how to do it. I was also wondering if there was a different horn I could put on because the stock horn sounds really lame, well at least mine did.

Clicking is a good sound IMO. My wiring on my QR keeps getting pulled apart within 2 days, so i just fix it a day before inspection each year nowadays,

I would suggest to try and power the horn directly from the battery to test that it works. If so, check your wiring.
