Edit: I is the 544T system, not 554T. Has anyone had this? When I bought my EJ1, it had the system in it. The dealer said it didn't work when they got it and won't help me out with it. Turns out, it just needed an AAA battery in the keychain remote. Works great except for the fact that the car starts every 30 minutes. So, I unplugged the module from under the dash. With my friend's car recently getting broken into and missing the auto-start feature. I want to fix it. How to I reset it so it only starts when I push the two buttons?

Get ahold of the company.
I've tried, they won't help because it's a discontinued model. And I can't find the manual in my car or the internet.
Try again and ask to see if they can send you a paper manual. I'm sure they have that info in their system. Why would a company make products and not help their customers out?
Because, they want to be like Microsoft, I'll give them a call and ask though.

I tried google, yahoo, and bing. Everytime it would show results for their other systems and not mine.
Google, Hornet 554T Security System instructions, hit enter, looked for site that had pdf files, done.

ok, this thread is old, but the problem still exists. i looked at the manual that i found online and doesnt help me troubleshoot the problem. any other ideas?
