Well, I passed both of my summer classes with flying colors... ACED my electrical final exam and even earned extra points for fixing other peoples problems... Toyota Certified... yEAH BABY!

Almost makes me wish I had an electrical problem with my car, so I could fix it ah well.... How's everyone elses schooling going? or was I the only one in classes this summer?

im in school i go to school at lincoln tech its good you passed your electrcal classes. i passed mine and i just passed my manual transmission drivetrain class and now im in auto tranny. since ive been going here ive done real well the right now the classes ive taken are electrcal as i mention intro to automotive,brakes manual tranny and driveline and now im in auto tranny

I was thinking of enrolling into that school.. here in jersey but i changed my mind.. $21g sounded like too much money right now... But is it good.. are you really learning s**t ??? give me some details ?? what city and state are you attending

grand prairie tx yea you learn alot here in my opinon theres alot of stuff i didnt know about i found out here the only problem is you dont work on honda though you work on like domestic cars and s**t thats the only sucky thing about it

why not get honda certified?

Honda Dealerships in this area don't want to help anyone through school.... Toyota heard I was interested in being a technician, and they came to me and offered me a job and free school. So yeah.... Toyota > Honda anyways. 8)

All the electrical I've learned applies to any car on the market anyways... this fall I'm going to take my ASE electrical test, and then I'll be certified for everything.




The more I work on these toyotas/lexus/scions... the more I think about getting one.

you should try to get all your ase to become master tech. but everyyear you have to take the test but in my opinon its worth it. im going to take my ase in steering and suspension and manual driveline

you only have to take your ASE's every 4 years... and I intend to get all of my ASE's before I graduate.

I hope not TSTC in Waco....bunch of f**ktards in the automotive program down there...... although I'd have to HIGHLY recommend the eastfield college campus!... The teachers know their s**t, and we're costantly getting the most high end toyotas and lexuses to learn on..

LoL... by f**ktards, I mean the teachers and staff.... my boss is always talking about how they screw up so much stuff down there at TSTC and that he wont hire anyone that goes there anymore, because their program is just too outdated... but at eastfield, part of their program is they do whatever they can to help you get a job before you graduate... be it with a toyota dealership or some place else you're trying to get work at.
