Horsepower question

Do any of you guys know how much horsepower will the Greddy turbo kit add to the Acura Integra LS motor? And how much horsepower will the Jackson racing Supercharger add to the LS motor. I am having problems trying to decide which to get.

go turbo. there's more room for growth. plus the b18b is so easy to make fast when boosted.
