So my buddy has an 03 civic ex and he couldn't get the keyless entry programmed. He told me to take it and see if I could get it to program to mine. He told me that it is just a stock honda keyless entry remote. Anyone that can help would be great.

all a key less entry is a transmitter that supplies the same power as if u were to hit the unlock button, i dont have the specifics on the keyless entry u have but this is the schematic for a 98 (should be the same for u) all u have to do as splice in to the wires u need from the transmitter for this to work. good luck and have fun!

well I went to a dealership today and they said that it wouldn't work

so what do you think about buying like a keyless entry and remote start together and installing that?
