How do you remove Sunroof Shade on a 99 EX Coupe?

I am presently re-doing the headliner and also want to re-do the sliding Sun Shade of the Sun Roof. My Haines Book has no info on Sunroof at all. Headliner is out,and still no clues on a way to remove the Sun Shade. Short of droping the entire Sunroof assembly, is there a better way?

i am in the process of redoing the headliner for the second time in my 04 civic. I had to drop the entire sunroof assembly to get that shade out. I am not sure if the design of your sunroof is the same as mine though. Mine was only a couple bolts and it came right down. wasn't difficult at all.
