how do you replace door lock pins?

I have a 98 civic lx sedan and I live in the cold parts of the U.S..... (WI). A few days ago I went to start my car, opened the rear door lock pins by hand because my power door locks dont work. (The ones that goes up for unlock and down for unlocking). I noticed that one of them was hard to pull up because it was cold and the pin was stuck so i broke it off. I was thinking about replacing the door lock pins and have completely no clue on how to replace it, Im feeling like replacing all 4 pins. is there any tutorials?

The plastic pins simply unscrew from the metal lock rod. You can buy new ones or find replacements at the junk yard.

To prevent issues in the future, lubricate the latch mechanism.
