how do you take off the headrest panels to remove seat covers?

I want to clean my seat covers because the previous owner got them nasty but cant seem to get the little plastic things that the headrests go into off, anyone know??

ALSO my climate control has a mind of its own, the lights go on and off whenever (the back lighting) and buttons dont light up, recycle button doesnt do anything, only blows heat, and main center vents blow nothing..any clue??? (No AC only heat) oh ya..and the little door that opens/closes for fresh/recycle air (behind glove box) was stuck so it was constantly making noices from opening and closing, i finally unplugged it because the noise was weird, is this fixable?

hmmm.. for the headrest things, i just pushed the cushioning down and pulled up. Somehow it just unclipped itself .. There are two small clips on both side of each plastic insert. You could probably push a coat hanger down aroun the outside to unclip it I believe.

Does your cluster light up btw? if not, then check your fuses under the kick panel.

awesome, thank you I will try after work..Im not a clean freak but its a used car and I dont really want someone elses greese. The cluster lights up, except the seat belt light but that used to so I think it just burned out. The climate control will light up now that I messed with it, both bulbs work, but the buttons dont light up except the vent one...I am about to pay honda to fix it because I cant figure out where the loose wire or connection is.
