6-8lbs is what ppl will say..

you are a turbo newb though. PSI is all relative. HP is more important when pressing the limits of the motor.

I would search this site for information. This isnt the 1st time someones asked that question (in fact its probably been asked well over 100 times im sure) so look for information on here, theres plenty of it I promise.

I peronally think that there are better honda motors to boost. I boosted my zc @ 8lbs and I spun a bearing. My mistake was that I drove it before I got it tuned. I have a z6 right now @ 8lbs and it runs great, though it is properly tuned. My zc will be back in my hatch with at least 10lbs after it's built.

it doesnt matter about the amount of boost. it matters on how much horspower you create. 10 psi in a small turbo is a whole lot less air flow and horsepower than a big turbo running 10 psi of boost.

correct-o-mondo

but on a stock zc I wouldn't go past 200-210 whp if it is daily driven.

the tune is everything, and if you only take the car out on weekends and stuff you could push a little higher. Look into building the bottom end if you want to make higher numbers more safely.
