I was just curious, I know of about two right now. So where exactly do you work and what do you do, (install or sales)

So ok

Similar but not really.

I work with alcohol ignition interlocks.

It's like alarms but I never have to probe for the dayum dome light and I only work with one unit.

i quit doing it because it was a pain in the ass because all these kids would fuk up the settings that we would do for them and expect us to warranty everything, i did it for 2 years, sales and install audio only no alarms

ha! yeah.. with a straight face, very few 'a*****e customer' confrontations were ever seen.. you know the type.. come in with a 1980-something hooptie that's beat to hell, 500k miles on the odo, for a radio install, then when the pick it up, blame their non-working whatever (not even remotely related to radio, or wiring, for that matter) on the installer.. My ass.. :haha:

Yeah, I'm not bitter.. ;) I actually went and looked at the profile pic.. it does show the installer's personna, no? :P

going through that right now with some 80's something toyota. Customer brings car in for speakers. Dash light and tail lights work.
Everything put on work order.

Brings it in second time for a deck. Dash and tail lights do not work. Put it on the work order

customer comes back and says we broke his car, I hate customers

snoop .... i actually did this to my own car a while ago

put a new deck in, next thing i know no lights or dash lights ... so i check the fuse .. blown ... so i put a new one in ... it blows

so then i check the deck and i forgot to tape off the illumination lead so it was hittin the chassis and shorting out all my lights.
