If you have change from coaxial to components speakers was it worth it and was there a noticeable difference. Of course going from stock to components is a no brainer, I am talking about same brand coaxils vs components.

depends on how you use them. If you are willing to buy an amp they are great. If you want to run them frim the deck, a co ax would be a better option

I have an amp powering 6.5 coaxials right now. I am looking to get more mid-range, I have a sub that covers the low end well enough for me. I can only put 6.5s in the back deck, 01 sedan, unless I do some fabricating. Though if components give a noticeable difference I will install them front and rear and leave it at that.

I love my amped components up front. My 6X9' are amped out back as well, but the components are the ones that really count. IMO, I wouldn't invest too much in the rear speakers since they are only for fill.

Hey guys, what's a coaxial speaker? I believe components are just a separate woofer and tweeter that usually come with a crossover, but what's coaxial?
