How much horsepower would you expect to be in a 1993 Civic SI, with a GSR swap, exhuast, intake, cam gears, Skunk2 ecu?

um id say 210 at the crank but that is just a guess. i dont know what kind of power the ecu can make. btw screw the cam gears get a header, it will get you more power.

NOT!! 180-190 s**t, gsr only puts 170 to fly wheel so you would figure about 155 to thE ground, so with your bolt on's your putting about 170 to the ground. pulleys give you little hp, more tq if anything maybe 2-4 hp, headers you could be getting 5-7 hp and intake 5-7 and probably 5-9 form ecu. you'll get into the 190 and above with cams, pistons, chipped ecu, fuel rails and rods.

if he's already getting '5-9 horsepower from ecu' why would he be able to get above 190 with a chipped ecu.....you dont get 5-9 horsepower from a stock ecu. maybe once youre getting in the 200's you may want to go piggyback or standalone, but i think someone posted awhile back that unless youre using the exact mods as specified for the chip you will only lose horsepower. and since when did a fuel rail add power (in a car making less than 500 hp)? the stocker is good for close to 400 hp  .

V-AFC would be nice =) AEM EMS would be sick too, but I don't know much about their NA ability.

tuneable ecu's like hondata and aem ems work just as well for a n/a car as for a boosted one. even a stock car can gain several hp (that is, more than i/h/e can) with a good tune.
