i have a 95 si it was a freebie, a hand me down from my mommy. it has 184,000 miles on it. before i boost it do i just need a new engine or new internals or nothing at all i plan on running 7-8 psi

internals, or a new engine. actually, i suggest going non vtec head with balanced and blueprinted with postons rods, crank, pulley, cam, and then re-gear your tranny. just a thought. vtec is pointless with a turbo, but less with a sohc. turbo timer, and vtec timer if u keep vtec.
Umm, damn thats a lot of miles, i dunno man, if i were too turbo my car, which has close to 90,000 on it, i would most likely redo all my internals, even on 6-8 psi, just to be safe. What part of columbus?

guy i sold my car to is doing sohc turbo, and my car had over 200 on it. he is just upgrading internals, and doind what i said above. i can prolly get you the exacts when he gets it done, and tell you what psi he's running.

u sure all u wanna run is 6-8? just give it time, and ull want to be at like 22psi. trust me! thats how it works. any other questions, there is a sohc forum somewhere, but i cant remember the name of it, so sorry i didnt help and brought up a pointless point that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat wondering why i am such a d**k and getting a kick out of this.
