why not build it, get it tuned, dyno it, and you tell us? 
First off i am building the motor but i just had a son so first this is him, the motor is a stock B16A with GSR cams, the turbo is a T70 70AR 84Hot (i know its big) 50mm synapse wastegate RFL bov topmount obx mani 1000cc percision inj tunrd on crome gold 4row intercooler 2 1/2" pipeing 255wal fuelpump AVCR boost controller 10psi slicks are 10x22x13 open 3"downpipe B16A tranny solid disc 6puc. there thats my setup 14.4@105 with stock 14" steeleys and shi*y tires around 285hp

At a minimum, especially if you are going to be driving on the street. At 8:1 and with such a big turbo you'd have some serious turbo lag. Power off boost would be horrendous.
sounds similar to what im running now, and yes power off boost sucks like a chinese hooker, but in boost your shitting bricks
Why not? you dont have to have big bore to make big power. the Revline 800whp civic is only 82mm
