How much to sell?

Hey, my dad just bought an New 03 Element, my next project. He has a 99 Civic Cx that he's gonna sell. I'm just tryin to get an idea on how much he should sell it for. It is silver. Has 14 " aftermarket aluminum rims. Chrome tip exhaust, oohh, oem honda. Clarion CD. No air. No power steering. Pretty much the perfect ride to fix up and race, cuz of the no air and power steering. Only thing is here in Boise, Idaho, it is hot in the summer and you need air so I'm not sure how much we can get out of it. 42,000 miles. Body in pretty good shape just on the rear wheel well he backed into my moms Camry and kinda scraped the it, little dent not really noticeable. NADA and Kelley say about $6500.
So, How much?

since they say 6500.. i say go for around that, but no less than 5800

^^^right on. I would say that you ask $6,800. Then let someone "talk you down" to about $6,200. Don't agree on that price right away. Tell them you'll drop it to no less than that and let them leave. If they are trying to talk you down, then that means they're interested. Just leave it at 6200 and let them call you back....Sales 101, lol.
