all depends on the tune and the driver. i wouldnt run a stock b20 more than 200-220whp. psi depends on turbo size

Im running 12psi on my B20B w/ P8R head and making 248hp/223tq tuned on crome running a garrett 60 trim, but your results may vary. Its alll in the tune (mine has AC)

If i rev mine to 7 the bolts holding the cams down get loose and have to re-torque it so im redlining at 6800 with impressive results.
On my LS trans, 2nd is a monster and i lose traction after 5k.
