Start out by taking out the screw that holds the bumper up on both sides of the car, in front of the tires. That releases the bumper in the back. PIC #1
Second pop out all 5-6 clips that hold your grill down. These are visable right on top of the support. PIC #6 Once the grill is off you will notice 2 more black clips( 1 on each side) that hold the bumper on, they are located to the inner side of the headlights, pop them out also PIC #4. After this step you can now "FOLD" the bumper over, theres no need to mess w/ the bottom of the bumper.
Now for the headlights, take out the 2 10mm bolts that hold the lights down PIC#3. there is also a 10mm bolt loacted on the fender side that also hold the light inPIC#2, theres only 1 more bolt and that is the alignment bolt towards the inner part of the headlightPIC#5
