http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=649277 its not tooo hard..but it does take time...just have the right tools when your going to do it..when i did mine i couldn't loosen the crank pulley bolt.. then i rented the crank pulled remover socket and that was a nice tool...
I just did mine on my EX. It wasn't that hard. Takes time. Plus I found out my cam gear was off a whole tooth from TDC. Never knew that before but it is fixed now.
