How to install a weather strip?

Alright guys I need some help on how to replace my weather strip. I already know how to take off the door panel I just need to know how to take off and put on the weather strip. Any help would be appreciated?

No the one on the inner door panel. Look at # 4 on the diagram. The reason I'm changing it is because its deteriorating and gets my windows dirty from the inside.
