how to remove b16 rocker arms?

Im going to be cleaning and replacing my valvetrain on my b16 but I am stuck on removing the rocker arms and shafts that hold the arms. I dont want to ruin anything so that is why Im asking for help,I tried searching here,HT,and google but I didnt find the information needed. If anyone knows how to remove these, please help.Thanks.=)

hey man, i worked at a machine shop for a year build race motors and my own. They're should be a bolt on the side of the head that looks like it needs a big allen key. remove that from both sides and push rod all the way thru and as it comes thru the rockers ill come out. but be careful to keep the numbered and peices together. there is two pins that hold these from coming out so take those out before trying to take the rocker rod out.

i also had another questions.in this picture where the circled area is,there something that looks like a plug and it is threaded on the inside for which im guessing you use for removing.now should this plug have came out with the camshaft holder thing or was it supposed to stay in the head?if anyone knows, please help.thanks

Theyre should be two of those. one where u have it circled and another exact same spot on the other side. Thats what holds the rod in. Once those come out you should beable to get the rod out and the rockers will drop from there.
