How to remove Climate Control 99-00

I am trying to remove the climate control panel and change the bulbs since they are all burnt out; but the only DIY i found online are for 96-98 civics, not 99-00.

As you know 99-00 climate control panel is different - so my question is; is it very similar to the 96-98 DIY such as this:

I haven't changed the HVAC panel but the instructions for removing the stock radio explain how to take the dash apart and remove the center section that houses the HVAC buttons. There's a web site called Install Doctor that has a big database of instructions and one covers the model year you're talking about. I downloaded the pdf but I think it's too big to attach to this post. Here's a link I think will take you to the manual.
