ahh... Its a lot to do and why would you want to? Pull the fender and door. Then you need to cross brace your door opening. find all the welds drill out and remove old a pillar. Once you have done this check the square of the car. and replace the a-pillar with a new one. Refit the door and fender. this is not a job for a novice and I would prob. just look for a strait shell with a clean title somewhere
