if its anything like a 5th gen, its real simple: drain rad (there should be a plastic wing-nut looking petcock near the bottom) dont dump into sewer, and dont leave around in a bucket b/c animals like it. then take off upper and lower rad hoses and remove top rad support. *if you have an auto, you need to remove the trans cooler lines at the very bottom of the rad, plug them or have a friend cover them with his hands while you put the new one in so you dont loose trans fluid* if no auto, then just pull it up, there is nothing holding it on the bottom. now its as simple as putting new one in its place, just make sure the new one has the rubber bushings for the bottom feet, or just transfer the bushings from the orig rad to the new one. slide it in, reconnect hoses and top support, top it off and you are good. make sure you get all the air out of the system so there is no cooling problems.

*edit: i completly forgot bout some obvious stuff. the resevoir needs to be removed, but its real simple, and the fan also has to be tranfered. i dont remember if i did the fan before i did the rad, or took it out as a complete unit. but it should be easy to figure out. just unplug and unscrew and its off. (i think i took it out before i did the rad)

HAHAHAHAH my bad my bad... i meant... how do u take out the resonator =).
If youre in Cali, I suggest leaving it close by for emissions, just in case.

To take it out, you unplug your vacuum lines reroute them to the appropriate spots and unbolt/unscrew the fasteners holding it in. Then, your resonator is out. Whether this is correct or not, I have no clue, but it sounds funny in my head. I picture you standing there holding your resonator, and looking at your hatch, and vacuum lines EVERYWHERE! Well, it's funny to me becuase that was me when I took out the old engine, I was like, now what?
See that's why it's funny!
Seriously, try www.tech.hybridhonda.com .
