How to take out the stock audio head unit?

Sorry if this has been asked before - i did a search , but it didnt help me. I got my car yesterday and i'm getting my mp3 head unit monday - only problem is i've been struggling to get out the stock audio head unit that coms with it. I've noticed a notch where you can insert that tool that usually takes out any head unit , but i dont have one. Is there any way around this?

Here it is in a nutshell:

1. Open the glove box, empty all the stuff out of it
2. Press the sides of the glove box in to get past the catches, pull glove box down
3. You will see 2 screws holding the center panel in, remove them
4. You will see 2 screws under the center panel, remove them
5. On the drivers side, you will see 3 screws holding up the driver side panel, remove them
6. Remove the drivers side panel
7. You will then see two more screws holding the center panel in, remove them
8. Remove the center panel and the plug on the back of the cigarette lighter
9. Looking up at the bottom of the radio, you will see two 8mm bolts (silver) remove or loosen them
10. Pull the radio out and remove all plugs

Just be careful if you have factory keyless entry because it is controlled by the headunit (though there is a workaround)

If you dont have anything constructive or good to say...just drop it , mkay? I know that Becker is a good brand , but i prefer (yes ''I'' prefer. ''I'' means : me , myself , not someone else , individual , my own and NOT you , someone else , other person )the mp3 headunit over the standard once. Its my decision and i appreciate any advice given over the matter.
