i bling out my rims

i blinged out my rims

i wanted a different look to it...so i decided to give it sum bling bling..i took my time on these...still got 2 more to do..photo shoot coming up when all 4 wheels are done....

factory


starting to strip the paint off


sanded to 800 grit


done painting


i use blue magic wheel polish-works great


all done



it took alot of time, patience, and sanding but it was worth it for me...

yea the slips would be alot easier...not that much spokes to deal with...first i strip the paint. then wet sand any curb marks with 150 grit. went over that with 180 grit then 200 grit then 400 then 600,800, 1500, and finally 2000 before i polish it...yup alot of wet sanding

yes SiR it has clear on that...just not on the spokes and lip because i decided to polish that...

i first polish it out with mothers wheel polish but wasn't really shinny...so i went over it with the blue magic wheel polish and got a much better shine out of that as shown in the pic...and it's all done by hands and a clean towel....
