When they said a lot of fake authorized dealers remove the serial numbers off their subwoofers (which voids warranty).. until I got mine...

Not that it bothers me really, unless it doesn't work. But for $150 for a new JLw3v3, couldn't beat the price.

Yep. Well according to the site I got it from, they have a 3 year warranty on it. I'm most likely get this beast put in today or tomorrow. Soo we'll see. If only my other one didn't suffer from a power surge. lol.

3 yr. warranty? That's only if that site is still in business and not shut down by then. That's the "loop hole" there.
