I found a d16z6 for 200 but problem i'm worried about

I found a d16z6 for 200 bucks but the guy said it needs the crankshaft bearings but I looked and i couldn't find anything to do with crankshaft bearings except rod bearings. Would the motor be worth 200 to get it and fix the motor and repair it and put it in my 88 ef hatch?

That engine is worth no more than $25 at best.

Too many unknowns - too risky. Buy a low mileage JDM engine from a reputable dealer.

Im gonna Have to agree. If it needs crank bearings, more than likely the bearing race is messed up. Not to mention it could have thrown other stuff outta balance when they went up.
