I hate my honda when it breaks! But I love it when I drive it

Anyone know how to replace the civic moon roof rails?
I know I have to take out the headliner and everything but does anyone know how to remove?
I have a broken rail so i just got a new used one. So all I need to do is remove. I just need direction of how to.
If so, Please leave a diagram or some notes so I wont have to struggle through it. Thanks!
