i have a GSR P73 ecu for my B18c setup. First off, i hate the VAFC2, but i recently bought the car and i want to get rid of it. if you want it, name your price. Anyways, since i have that VAFC2 installed, i have some questions about it:
1. when my motor is cold, it idles around 2000 and then will start to fluctuate up and down between 1500 and 2000. it does this until the motor is completely warm. then it idles around 950. (is 950 too high?) I have a check engine light that flashes 7 times...is that the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor)?? if the CEL is for the TPS and if i replace the TPS will that fix the idle even though the VAFC2 is plugged in the TPS??
2. Also, when i am i driving and the motor is hot and then i put the clutch in when i am still rolling, it idles around 1500. then when i come to a complete stop, the RPM's drop to 950. Why?? (i hate VAFC2 and TPS)
3. Also, when i get into vtec range, the light on the VAFC2 turn knob goes from green to red. Why??
4. Finally, how do i tune with VAFC2??
i hate that damn thing, but im not confident enough to uninstall it!!
