I have a boxer engine now?

My car sounds like a boxer engine for some reason I don't know why. It started doing this after I adjusted the valves, I thought I screwed them up so I checked them again yesterday but they were all good. I also did a compression test to see if something coincidental happened but I hit 180 across. Checked timing and it is spot on, changed plugs and plug wires but to no avail. It is running rich sometimes though, at idle most of the time (shitty tune) it sits at 14.9-15.3 but now it sits at 11.3-12.0.
Any thoughts on what it could be?

Checked/Replaced:
Spark plugs/wires
Timing
Resistors
Dizzy cap & rotor

Specs:
D16z6
Vitaras + FJT I-beams
T3 .42/.48
DSM 450's
Stock head
ARP Headstuds tq'd at 83ft/lbs iirc
Shitty tune on Hondata s300

The only other time my car has sounded like a wrx was when I broke a plug and had a blown headgasket, but my car burns no coolant and the overflow tank doesn't overflow.

yea are you sure your getting fire to all cylinders? run it.. and take the plugs out immediatly. are any of them wet? any of them too black? maybe you have a mis performing injector? or one of your injector clips is loose?

one of your injectors might be clogged...or blocked in a way? the tiniest piece of dirt in the fuel rail will clog up an injector... it will still send pulses.. but nothing is actually coming out. i thikn you would throw a CEL for it if it was injector related.

i threw one on my OBD0 minime for a fuel leak. told me that i had a failing injector.. turns out the seals went bad and spraying fuel all in my engine bay... i thought it was gonna catch fire. i went through half a tank of gas in a mile.

just run it and pull a wire 1 at a time. when you pull the wire it should make the car almost die. if you get to a wire that dosent make a difference...then you know somthing is up with that cylinder

When I pull a spark plug wire out I can see the sparks in the tube for each cylinder and each wire I took out effected the engine. I thought it would throw a code for an injector too but it wasn't and it's not ( I totally screwed up, explanation below)

Yeah when I did that each one effected the car but it didn't sound like it was about to die.

So, yesterday I was taking out the resistors to put my stock injectors in, to determine if one of my 450's is bad, and while I was taking apart the resistors I didn't mark which one went to which. So now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't even run, but I came up with a theoretical plan to solve my dilemma. There is only 6 ways the wires can go together (I realized what I did before I de-soldered the last one). I numbered the wires 1 2 and 3 on both sides.

1-1 1-1
2-2 2-3
3-3 3-2

1-2 1-2
2-1 2-3
3-3 3-1

1-3 1-3
2-1 2-2
3-2 3-1
This is what I came up with to try and figure out the correct way to put the wires back to normal. My only problem is, none of them work! The only thing I can think of is maybe the stock injectors are all gunked up from sitting for so long or my injector control unit thing is fried or I keep messing up the order.
Help someone that's been down on their luck! (just got fired)

Lol I thought I was too but I got mad stuck 3 random wires together and it worked. I was dumb founded lol. Good news is that its my 450's bad news is I have no money to send them off!
