Which parts on this list...

Would make my EK have a lower console as in this image...

With OEM lower console plastics.

Now, I know that this is not an OEM American part. So what I am referring to is the lack of cover on the cup holders. and a single din slot with a pocket inside.

I suck at reading those OEM part list pictures. Thanks for the help in advance.

This part isn't on the list above. It's from the Acura 1.6 EL in Canada. You need the upper-middle console and the lower-middle console, cup holder assembly, and a bracket that attaches the upper console to the dash area. It's not easy to find all of the parts in all honesty.

I've been looking and only have the shift console piece so far.

pretty much take your pick!! what do you have in the car now?? is just nothing like it was removed?? does it have the mounts for where a console should be and just the plastic is missing?? if you could take pics of your car as is it would be of great help to make sure we get all the parts right

Right now I have #4 (Cub holders with a lid) and a tape deck behind it. LAME. And I will try to get some pictures up sometime this weekend.

OR! What would I need to have to make my climate control fit down behind the cup holders. Then if I go that route? Which (NO LIDS!!) cup holders would I want to use?

Actually, if I put my climate control unit down behind where the cup holders go, and then use #8 on the picture above, would that work?

You should check out kijiji.ca for those Canadian parts, or eBay.ca. They've got loads of CDM stuff. Other than that you won't find these for sale unless its a private owner.

I'm not looking for specifically those parts in the second picture. Just wanting the same look. Or if I put my climate controls down there, will I be able to use #8 on that list with it down there?

well the issue you're gonna run into is that the single din option only works with 4 or 5+8 and 5+8 isn't available in the US because i think that's the CTR pop out cupholder. the no lids cupholder only comes built into 44 and that doesn't have a single din mount.

Would it work if I just mounted my climate control down there and just cut my lid off of my cup holders. Pics of current setup should be up soon. Trying to get them off my iPhone now.

Well... I want cup holders with no lid, climate controls moving down because I think it looks cleaner. And I would love to have an OEM CD Player slave unit to sit below the OEM radio, if possible.

What I'm mainly trying to do is get my climate controls down below and get cup holders with no lid.

that's a lot of work, i know there is a write up somewhere. the climate controls are not a single din either. lots of work for just a small cosmetic change
