ok heres the deal. I just got me a new(used) civic. a 97 ex coupe. 57k miles on it, intake, spoiler for 5 grand. Ok thats not the problem. yesturday i went out to start the car cause it was like -20 degrees with wind chill and like 20 min later the car was nice and warm but their was no heat. i didn't care cause its like 5 min to school but it sucks tring to put the clutch in when your toes are frozen. any who it started to snow and when i used the windshield washers the snow was venting threw the car. any thoughts. thanks in advance

Start by making sure that you are full on coolant. If you are low on coolant you will not get any heat at all
