i have a 91 civic hatch lowered full body kit looks amazing the bad i bent 2 rods on the motor it is a d15b7 i just bought a d16z6 2 weeks ago is there anything i can do to make this motor faster before i put it in i heard of a mini me swap and things like that but dont know much about it i need the car running in 2 weeks so i need help fast

mini me is not applicable to your motor. d16z6 is the tip top of the d series if im not mistaken.

Whoa i feel like we're back in the year 2001. Anyways, a d series is an economy motor, made for getting groceries, not being fast. You can either go with forced induction or swap in a b series for a start.
