I want to turbo my D16Y7. Explain please.

It's my DD but I would love to turbo it, I know most people are going to say "Do a h22/b16/b18/etc" swap on my 994D LX 1.6.

My expenses are kinda high right now and I'm looking at getting a big jump in performance for the cheapest price. Everyone has recommended me just boosting it.

What all would I have to do / buy / install to make this work well.

Thanks. I'm clueless on putting in a turbo...I just know it's quite a few pieces.

my advice would be to do A LOT of research. Homemadeturbo.com has got to be one of the best sites as far as building your own kit and understanding how everything works together. I recommend building your own kit because you will spend about half the price. I turbo'ed my D for right around 1300 bucks with a tune. It took about 3 months to put together and find all the pieces and such but was well worth it in the end. like i said do your research..
