i was hit by a drunk driver need advice

Sue his ass. PM me the details and I'll talk to my mom about it (she's a judge). It'll be a few days though because I'm going to a show this weekend. Tell me when it happened too, don't want the statued of limitations to pass.

Anyone who drives drunk and causes an accident should definintely be sued. They'd get jailtime, raped, beaten, fined hugely, have their license stripped from them, insurance dropped, their car banished and now - a lawsuit.
I mean... if you actually feel bad for the person who almost got you killed... hell naw, sue his ass. Retribution is a b***h, and that b***h always got somethin for the taking.

Hey, the accident happened may 11th. I was driving along and this drunk ass was coming straight at me so I swerved and he still clipped the back end of my car. I had to get a new bumper and my quarter panel fixed and repainted along with a new rim! But the paint doesn't match up so I'm going to have it repainted in a few weeks.
The guy who hit me was driving on a revoked license because of drinking and driving. I hope I can still sue? when do the statued of limitations pass? I could really use about 6 grand to pay off school and my credit cards! I know I shouldn't feel bad but I guess I'm too nice! Thanks for your info and help!
