Identify rear brake conversion: '98 Civic

I have 98 civic dx hatch
It had a rear disk brake conversion from previous owner and now needs new rotors and pads....is there anyway to know what rotors and pads I need to get to replace them??

Most read disc conversions on this generation of Civic are done using 94-01 Integra parts. Post pictures of the parts and it may help, or simply remove one rotor & pad set to match up with new Integra pads & rotors at a local parts store to confirm.
